We're here to provide academic guidance the following ways: virtual, either video zoom or you calling the advisor and in person appointments.
How to schedule an advising appointment
If you work with another department, such as Disability Support Services, Occupational Support Services or TRIO, visit their website to register for an advising appointment, rather than scheduling here through our general advising services.
Appointments can only be made 14 days to the hour out so if you don't see any available appointments during that time, we are fully booked. This means if you are looking in Navigate on 10/15/21 at 11am, you will only be able to see appointments available through 10/29/21 at 11am.
Navigate is currently experiencing technical issues. If you log in to Navigate and are unable to schedule, please call or text us.
- Log in to your MyGRCC account to schedule.
- Select "Appointments."
- Check your student email account for appointment confirmation and additional instructions. You will be able to choose to meet with an advisor via Zoom, telephone or in person. If you need assistance accessing your student email account, contact IT Customer Support.
If this is your first time using our new scheduling software, you will be prompted to answer three brief questions before scheduling your appointment.
